We charge to use some features on Rentler, like tenant applications, digital forms, and online payment processing.

For Landlords

• Rentability Report - $19.95 per report
• Forms - $99 for 30 day access to legal forms
• Online Rent Payments - Free (processing fees may apply for tenants)
• Listings features - Featured Days: $15/day, Ribbons: $25

For Tenants

• Online Rent Payments - $1.95 ACH Fee, 3.5% + $0.30 for debit and credit cards
• Applications - $45 per application and includes a background screening and credit report
• Rent Reporting - $6.95 monthly to report your rent payments to all 3 major credit bureaus
